America Uncancelled
In July 2021, hundreds of conservative activists gathered in Dallas for CPAC 2021, the annual conservative political action conference, to hear Republican officials speak on various topics about the current state of the nation.
The theme of the weekend, “America Uncancelled 2021” was filled with remarks by Republican representatives and senators, decrying the participation of transgender athletes in sports, critical race theory in schools and pandemic shutdowns, among other topics.
Former president Donald Trump finished off the conference Sunday, speaking out against his ban by social media companies, his media coverage and his loss in the 2020 presidential race.
The crowd dissolved late Sunday afternoon after Trump encouraged conservatives to remain strong in order to take back the House of Representatives, the Senate and eventually, the White House in 2024.
